Exhibit Fees
APAM Member: $650/booth
Non-Member: $800/booth
Fee includes: (1) 10' x 10' curtained (short sides) exhibit space, (1) 8' covered and skirted table, (2) chairs, (1) wastebasket and (2) Conference Registrations.
Payment: APAM Members will be invoiced once their registration is received. Non-members must pay by credit card or provide prompt payment once registration is submitted in order to guarantee their space. Should full payment not be received by February 6, 2024, space may be forfeited with no refund. Please make checks payable to Asphalt Pavement Association of Michigan, 2937 Atrium Drive, Suite 202, Okemos, MI 48864. Return completed contract to Beth Wilson bwilson@apa-mi.org
No Show Policy: No shows will not be refunded, and any remaining balance will be invoiced and due upon receipt.
