A. Keith Rose became President of Rieth-Riley Construction Co., Inc., effective April 1, 2009. He replaces Ronald G. Pope, who will continue to serve as Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Rose joined the Rieth-Riley organization in 1999 as Vice President Michigan Operations. Following several successful assignments, he began his most recent appointment as Executive Vice President Operations, with the primary responsibilities of the day to day operations of the Company. Among Mr. Rose’s achievements include significant growth in current and new markets, as well as the type and scope of contracted work. The growth has been achieved by internal expansion, acquisition, and vertical integration. Prior to joining Rieth-Riley, Mr. Rose was Area Manager for Kinsley Construction, Inc. in York, Pennsylvania

 

Also included in the management change is the promotion of Brian A. Inniger to Corporate Executive Vice President. Mr. Inniger has been with Rieth-Riley since 1996, beginning his service to the Company as Comptroller. He was promoted to Vice President Finance/Administration in 2001. He has had responsibility for Finance/Administration, Human Resources, Risk Management and Safety for Rieth-Riley.
